脑机接口辅助训练对脑卒中患者上肢功能恢复效果的Meta分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的系统评价不同脑机接口辅助训练对脑卒中患者上肢功能恢复的疗效。方法检索PubMed、WanFang Data、CNKI和维普期刊VIP全文数据库,搜集关于脑机接口辅助训练对脑卒中患者上肢功能恢复的随机对照试验,检索范围均为建库至2020年1月1日。数据分析软件应用RevMan5.3。结果共纳入9个随机对照试验,包括226例患者。Meta分析结果显示,脑机接口辅助训练效果与其他康复方式相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脑机接口辅助训练效果在亚急性期患者与慢性期中差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);4 w与8 w脑机接口辅助训练效果相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);BCI+FES治疗组与单纯的BCI治疗组和BCI+MI治疗组效果相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论当前有限证据表明,脑机接口辅助训练可有效提高脑卒中患者上肢功能恢复效果。 Objective To systematically evaluate the effects of different brain-computer interface assisted training on functional recovery of upper limbs in stroke patients.Methods PubMed,WanFang Data,CNKI and VIP full-text databases were retrieved to collect randomized controlled trials on the recovery of upper limb function in stroke patients after brain-computer interface assisted training.The retrieval range was from the establishment of the database to January 1,2020.Data analysis was software RevMan 5.3.Results A total of 9 randomized controlled trials were included,including 226 patients.The results of meta-analysis showed that compared with other rehabilitation methods,the functional recovery effect brain-computer interface assisted training had significant difference(P<0.05).The functional recovery effect brain-computer interface assisted training in the treatment of subacute and chronic patients had significant difference(P<0.05).The difference of the functional recovery effect between 4 w and 8 w brain-computer interface assisted training was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of the functional recovery effect between BCI+FES treatment group and BCI+MI treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions Currently,limited evidence shows that brain-computer interface assisted training could effectively improve the recovery effect of upper limb function in stroke patients.
