基于姚氏医学思想探讨火龙罐治疗寒凝血瘀型子宫腺肌症经期腹痛2例

Fiery-Dragon Cupping in Treatment of Menstrual Abdominal Pain Due to Adenomyosis of Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis Type Based on Yao’s Medical Ideology:2 Cases Report

基于姚氏医学思想探讨火龙罐治疗寒凝血瘀型子宫腺肌症经期腹痛的疗效,姚氏认为寒凝胞宫、气郁冲任是子宫腺肌症经期腹痛的主要病机,运用火龙罐温通经络与疏通经络的双重作用,重视阴阳同调,腧募相配,关注气血的动静关系与运行通道,着眼于下焦胞宫病患之所,调节气机的升降出入,畅通气血,达到散寒除瘀止痛的目的。以姚氏医学思想为指导,宗气化原理,以阳入阴出、腧募相配及运转机枢的火龙罐疗法治疗痛经,其集多种传统外疗技术优点于一身,是一种治疗痛经的优势疗法,以此为临床拓宽诊疗思路。

To investigate the curative effect of fiery-dragon cupping on menstrual abdominal pain due to adenomyosis of cold coagulation and blood stasis type based on Yao’s medical ideology.Yao’s thought considers that the main pathogenesis of menstrual abdominal pain due to adenomyosis is cold congealing in uterus and qi stagnancy in Chong and Ren channels,using the dual functions of warming and dredging meridians by fiery-dragon cupping,valuing yin-yang harmony and Shu-Mu points matching,concerning the dynamic and static relationship and circulation channel of qi and blood,focusing on location of uterus in lower energizer,regulating the functional activities of qi and smoothing qi an blood,can achieve the goal of dispelling cold,removing blood stasis and relieving pain.Guided by Yao’s medical ideology and principle of Zong qi pneumatolysis,treating dysmenorrhea by fiery-dragon cupping with yang entering and yin exiting,Shu-Mu points matching and circulation pivot,which is an advantageous treatment for dysmenorrhea and integrates the advantages of various traditional external treatment technologies,can broaden the clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas.
