基于经筋理论探讨毫针关刺法治疗慢性非特异性腰痛

Discussion on Treatment of Chronic Nonspecific Low Back Pain with Filiform Acupuncture Based on Muscle Meridian Theory

中医学将慢性非特异性腰痛归属于“经筋病”的范畴,其发病与人体经筋功能异常有关,临床多运用毫针常规刺法即单针单向刺进行“解结”。现代研究发现,古代文献中有多种毫针刺法适用于经筋病灶,关刺法作为五脏刺之一,具有舒筋利肉、舒缓挛急之功,对经筋病变疗效确切。故本文试浅探在经筋理论指导下应用毫针关刺法治疗慢性非特异性腰痛,以期为临床提供新的思路。

Traditional Chinese medicine attributes chronic non-specific low back pain to the category of"tendon tendons",which is related to the abnormal function of human tendons.In clinical practice,the conventional acupuncture method,that is,single needle and one-way acupuncture,is used to"unknot".Modern studies have found that there are a variety of micro acupuncture methods in ancient literature that are suitable for trans tendon 1esions.As one of the five dirty thorns,the method has the function of relaxing tendons and benefiting meat and relieving contracture,and has a definite effect on trans tendon lesions.Therefore,this paper tries the application of the needle turning method to treat chronic nonspecific low back pain under the guidance of the tendon theory,in order to provide new ideas for clinical practice.
