摘要
目的:通过临床探索成果来评价MRI对诊断女性盆腔疾病的重要临床性及应用研究价值。方法:主要选择了来自本院近年收治的91例女性盆腔疾病变早期手术患者作为主要临床研究目标对象,利用MRI成像的诊断结果,分析MRI对盆腔疾病患者诊断的准确率、灵敏度以及预测值。结果:91例患者经过多次手术后从一些病理学上面的检查得到135个恶性疾病和一些肿瘤,而在MRI共复查检得127个恶性肿瘤和一些囊肿等,检查的结果准确率大约为94.07%。其中卵巢子宫卵管内膜肿瘤病变75个(75/78,96.15%),卵巢子宫内膜肿瘤病变51个(51/56,91.07%),直肠癌1个(1/1,100.00%)。MRI的疾病检出诊断准确性为99.21%,恶性肿瘤疾病诊断的检出精准度大约为93.94%(31/33),阴性疾病预测值的检出准确性大约为100.00%。结论:MRI图像具有多角度平面、多方位、各种光学参数、软组织的图像分辨率与立体图像学的对比吻合程度高、没有紫外辐射源的破坏和立体图像学分析精度低等几大优点,在女性盆腔病灶的定位、定性诊断中准确率高,具有很高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To evaluate the important clinical and applied research value of MRI in the diagnosis of female pelvic diseases through the results of clinical exploration.Methods:Mainly selected 91 female pelvic disease patients undergoing early surgery from our hospital in recent years as the main clinical research targets.Using the diagnosis results of MRI imaging,the accuracy,sensitivity and predictive value of MRI in the diagnosis of pelvic diseases were analyzed.Results:After several operations,91 patients obtained 135 malignant diseases and some tumors from some pathological examinations,and a total of 127 malignant tumors and some cysts were re-examined on MRI.The accuracy of the examination results was about 94.07%.Among them,75 were ovarian endometrial tumors(75/78,96.15%),51 were ovarian endometrial tumors(51/56,91.07%),and 1 was rectal cancer(1/1,100.00%).The detection accuracy of direct MRI is 99.21%,the detection accuracy of malignant disease diagnosis is about 93.94%(31/33),and the detection accuracy of negative disease predictive value is about 100.00%.Conclusion:MRI images have several advantages such as multi-angle planes,multi-azimuths,various optical parameters,image resolution of soft tissues and high contrast of stereo imaging,no UV radiation source damage,and low accuracy of stereo imaging analysis.It has high accuracy in the location and qualitative diagnosis of female pelvic lesions,and it has high clinical application value.
