功能锻炼联合延续性护理干预对类风湿性关节炎患者的影响评价

Evaluation of the effect of functional exercise combined with continuous nursing intervention on patients with rheumatoid arthritis

目的:探讨针对类风湿性关节炎患者开展功能锻炼和延续性干预的效果。方法:选择收治60例类风湿性关节炎患者作为研究对象,其中30例2019年1月至2019年12月收治患者成立为常规组,30例2020年1月至2020年12月收治患者成立为研究组。常规组患者仅接受常规延续性护理,研究组患者在此基础上进行功能锻炼,治疗后对比两组相关指标。结果:干预前两组疼痛评分对比差异无统计学意义,干预后3个月、6个月观察组疼痛评分均显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组20m行走时间显著短于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:针对类风湿性关节炎患者实施功能锻炼,能够提升患者生活质量,缩短身心康复时间,值得进行广泛应用。

Objective:To explore the effects of functional exercise and continuous intervention for patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Sixty patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected as the research objects.Among them,30 patients who were admitted from January 2019 to December 2019 were established as a routine group,and 30 patients who were admitted from January 2020 to December 2020 were established as a research group.Patients in the routine group only received routine continuous care,and the patients in the research group received functional exercises on this basis.After treatment,the two groups were compared with relevant indicators.Results:There was no significant difference in the pain scores between the two groups before the intervention.The pain scores of the research group were significantly lower than those of the routine group at 3 and 6 months after the intervention(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay in the research group was significantly shorter than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The 20-meter walking time of the research group was significantly shorter than that of the routine group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the research group was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing functional exercises for patients with rheumatoid arthritis can improve the quality of life of patients and shorten the time of physical and mental recovery.It is worthy of extensive application.
