移动护理为导向的治疗性沟通服务在糖尿病肾病病人血液透析中的效果研究

Study on the effect of mobile care-oriented therapeutic communication services in haemodialysis of patients with diabetic nephropathy

目的:分析移动护理为导向的治疗性沟通服务在糖尿病肾病病人血液透析中的效果。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年12月在本院接受治疗的64例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,通过随机分组方法将所有患者平均分为观察组和对照组各32例,其中对照组患者均实施常规护理,观察组患者全部实施常规护理联合移动护理为导向的治疗性沟通服务,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:两组患者干预前SAS、SDS评分对比没有显著差异(P>0.05),干预6个月、12个月后观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分均显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:移动护理为导向的治疗性沟通服务在糖尿病肾病病人血液透析中的效果显著,良好的治疗性沟通可以有效提高血液透析治疗的效果,值得临床应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of mobile nursing-oriented therapeutic communication services in hemodialysis of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:64 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital from February 2018 to December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the subjects,and all patients were divided into 32 patients in the control group and routine nursing combined mobile care,comparing the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference between patients(P>0.05),and those observed for 6 months and 12 months were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mobile nursing-oriented therapeutic communication service has achieved remarkable results in hemodialysis of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Good therapeutic communication can effectively improve the effect of hemodialysis treatment and deserve clinical application.
