双针倒刺免打结缝线在剖宫产术中子宫切口缝合中的应用分析

Analysis of the application of double-needle needling-free suture in uterine incision suture during Cesarean section

目的评价双针倒刺免打结缝线在剖宫产术中子宫切口缝合中的应用价值和安全性分析。方法选择剖宫产分娩产妇100例为研究对象,根据入院日期单双号分为对照组与研究组,每组50例。所有产妇都选择子宫下段横切口,均采用双层缝合技术,研究组采用双针倒刺免打结缝线缝合,对照组采用普通线缝合。比较两组缝合子宫切口所需的时间、额外止血缝合比例、术中出血量、术后子宫切口血肿发生率、肠梗阻发生率、术后发热发生率、晚期产后出血发生率以及术后3月子宫憩室发生率的差异。结果研究组缝合子宫所需时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,额外止血缝合率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产妇两组产妇术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论剖宫产术中子宫切口的缝合采用双针倒刺免打结缝线缝合,可以节省手术时间及术中出血,不增加术后的并发症,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To evaluate the application value and safety of double needle barb knot-free suture in uterine incision suture during cesarean section.Methods A total of 100 cases of parturient women in cesarean section were selected as the study object,and were divided into control group and study group according to the odd-even admission date,50 cases in each group.All the parturients selected the transverse incision of the lower uterine segment,and double-layer suture technique was used in all the parturients.The study group was sutured with double-needle barb-free suture and the control group was sutured with common suture.The time required for uterine incision suture,the proportion of additional hemostatic suture,intraoperative blood loss,the incidence of postoperative uterine incision hematoma,intestinal obstruction,postoperative fever,late postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of uterine diverticulum 3 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The time required for uterine suture in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group,and the rate of additional hemostatic suture was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no signifi cant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The suture of uterus incision in cesarean section using double-needle barb knot-free suture can save the operation time and intraoperative bleeding,do not increase the postoperative complications,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
