摘要
目的分析营养风险筛查对妇女更年期抑郁症患者营养评估的影响。方法选择48例女性更年期抑郁症患者为研究对象,根据护理方案的不同分为对照组与观察组,每组24例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上配合营养风险筛查。比较两组患者临床生化指标与Green更年期量表评分情况。结果两组患者临床生化各指标,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组Green更年期量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组Green更年期量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养风险筛查应用于妇女更年期抑郁症患者中可以评估疾病早期营养不良的风险,利于早期干预和治疗,还可改善患者不良行为。
Objective To analyze the effects of nutritional risk screening on nutritional assessment of women with menopausal depression.Methods A total of 48 female patients with menopausal depression were selected as subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the different nursing plan,with 24 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group was combined with nutritional risk screening on the basis of the control group.Clinical biochemical indexes and Green menopause Scale scores were compared between the two groups.Results There were statistically significant differences in clinical biochemical indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no signifi cant difference in Green menopause scale scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of Green menopause scale in observation group were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nutritional risk screening in women with menopausal depression can assess the risk of malnutrition in the early stage of the disease,which is conducive to early intervention and treatment,and can also improve the bad behavior of patients.
