全程综合个案管理在宫颈癌根治术患者中的应用

Application of whole course integrated case management in patients undergoing radical cervicectomy

目的探讨全程综合个案管理对宫颈癌根治术患者的影响。方法选择56例接受宫颈癌根治术治疗患者为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同分为观察组与对照组,每组28例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施全程综合个案管理。比较护理前后两组遵医行为与护理后癌因性疲乏评分。结果护理前,两组遵医行为评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组遵医行为评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组癌因性疲乏评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌根治术患者应用全程综合个案管理,可提高患者遵医行为,改善患者癌因性疲乏情况,促进患者恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive case management on patients undergoing radical cervicectomy.Methods A total of 56 cases of patients receiving radical cervicectomy were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods,28 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive case management.Compliance behavior and cancer-induced fatigue score were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in compliance scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the score of compliance behavior in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of cancer-induced fatigue in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive case management can improve the compliance behavior,improve the cancer-induced fatigue and promote the recovery of patients after radical cervicectomy.
