细节化护理对产妇睡眠状况和负性情绪的影响

The effect of detailed nursing on sleep condition and negative emotion of parturient

目的探讨细节化护理用于产妇护理中对其睡眠状况以及负性情绪的效果。方法选取产妇120例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上给予细节化护理。比较两组负面情绪、睡眠质量、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节化护理应用于产妇护理中,可以改善产妇的睡眠状况和负面情绪,提高其对护理满意度,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the effect of detailed nursing on the sleep status and negative emotion of puerpera.Methods A total of 120 parturient women were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given detailed nursing on this basis.Negative mood,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the diff erences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detailed nursing in maternal nursing can improve the sleep status and negative emotions of the parturients and improve their satisfaction with nursing,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
