风险意识在妇科手术室护理管理中的应用

Application of risk awareness in nursing management of gynecological operating room

目的探讨在妇科手术室护理管理中融入风险意识的效果。方法选取68例妇科手术患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组34例。对照组实施常规护理管理,观察组实施手术室风险意识护理管理。比较两组患者的手术室风险事件发生率、护理满意度以及护理质量评分。结果观察组手术室风险事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度评分为(98.15±1.03)分,高于对照组的(92.25±0.95)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。风险意识应用前后,护士个人职业素养、术中护理综合评价、护理质量总评分均高于风险意识应用前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科手术室护理管理中融入风险意识,能够有效降低风险事件发生率,提高患者护理满意度,并能提高护士的护理质量,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the eff ect of integrating risk awareness into nursing management of gynecological operating room.Methods A total of 68 cases of gynecological surgery patients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing management,and the observation group implemented operating room risk awareness nursing management.The incidence of operating room risk events,nursing satisfaction and nursing quality scores were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of operating room risk events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was(98.15±1.03),which was higher than that of the control group(92.25±0.95),the diff erence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after the application of risk awareness,the personal professional quality,intraoperative nursing comprehensive evaluation and total nursing quality scores of nurses were higher than those before the application of risk awareness,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrating risk awareness into the nursing management of gynecological operating room can eff ectively reduce the incidence of risk events,improve patients'nursing satisfaction,and improve nurses'nursing quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
