因人因时康复管理在脑梗死合并吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果

The application effects of person-time dependent rehabilitation management for patients with cerebral infarction complicated by dysphagia

目的观察因人因时康复管理在脑梗死合并吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2020年6月收治的脑梗死合并吞咽障碍者80例为研究对象,收治入奇数与偶数病室的脑梗死合并吞咽障碍者各40例,分设为对照组和试验组。对照组按脑梗死合并吞咽障碍常规护理模式,试验组接受因人因时康复管理干预,比较2组干预后的康复治疗依从率、洼田饮水试验等级、康复护理满意度评分。结果试验组干预后康复治疗依从率为97.50%显著高于对照组的85.00%,洼田饮水试验等级显著低于对照组,康复护理满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用因人因时康复管理对脑梗死合并吞咽障碍者施加干预,可显著提升该患者的康复治疗依从率与康复效果,是一种深受患方认同的康复护理模式。

Objective To investigate the application effects of person-time dependent rehabilitation management for patients with cerebral infarction complicated by dysphagia.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction complicated by dysphagia who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were enrolled in the study.According to the odd number and even number on admission,who were divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by conventional nursing,however,those in experimental group were treated by person-time dependent rehabilitation management mode.After the intervention,the rehabilitation treatment compliance rate,water swallow test grade,nursing satisfaction score were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After intervention the compliance rate of rehabilitation treatment in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(97.50%vs 85.00%,P<0.05),and nursing satisfaction scores in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),however,the water swallow test grade in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of person-time dependent rehabilitation management intervention for patients with cerebral infarction complicated by dysphagia can significantly improve the rehabilitation compliance rate and rehabilitation effects,which is a rehabilitation nursing mode that is highly recognized by patients.
