经脐单孔腹腔镜与传统腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术的效果对比

Comparison of the effect of transumbilical single-hole laparoscopy and traditional laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision

目的分析经脐单孔腹腔镜及传统腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术的效果。方法选择于本院行卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗的患者120例为研究对象,按不同腹腔镜类型分为对照组和研究组,每组60例。对照组行传统腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术,研究组行经脐单孔腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术,对比两组患者的手术指标及美容效果。结果研究组手术时间、排气时间、住院时间分别为(58.90±9.19)min、(1.30±0.39)d、(5.03±0.79)d,均短于对照组的(78.02±6.79)min、(2.15±0.64)d、(7.93±1.07)d,术中出血量为(26.35±2.18)ml,少于对照组的(73.26±6.85)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组美容效果评分为(9.00±0.80)分,高于对照组的(6.85±1.13)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统腹腔镜比较,经脐单孔腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术的手术时间更短,术中出血量更少,患者术后恢复更快,且美容效果更好,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of transumbilical single-hole laparoscopy and traditional laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent ovarian cyst excision in our hospital were selected as subjects and were divided into a control group and a study group according to different types of laparoscopy,with 60 cases in each group.The control group underwent traditional laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision,and the study group underwent transumbilical single-hole laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision.The surgical indexes and cosmetic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,exhaust time and hospital stay of the study group were(58.90±9.19)min,(1.30±0.39)d and(5.03±0.79)d,respectively,which were shorter than(78.02±6.79)min,(2.15±0.64)d and(7.93±1.07)d of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was(26.35±2.18)ml,which was lower than(73.26±6.85)ml of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The beauty effect score of the study group was(9.00±0.80)points,which was higher than(6.85±1.13)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional laparoscopy,transumbilical singlehole laparoscopy for ovarian cyst excision has shorter operation time,less intraoperative blood loss,faster postoperative recovery of patients,and better cosmetic effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
