芎归胶艾汤联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫腺肌症痛经的效果研究

Effect of Xioanggui Jiaoai Decoction combined with Guizhi Fuling Pill on dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis

目的研究芎归胶艾汤联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫腺肌症痛经的效果。方法选取本院收治的子宫腺肌症痛经患者56例为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为对照组及研究组。将接受常规西药治疗的28例作为对照组,将接受常规西药治疗联合芎归胶艾汤与桂枝茯苓丸治疗的28例作为研究组,比较两组痛经程度及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、3、6个月后,研究组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为96.43%,高于对照组的71.43%,复发率、副反应率分别为3.57%、7.14%,均低于对照组的32.14%、39.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芎归胶艾汤联合桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫腺肌症痛经患者的效果理想,可降低其疼痛程度,且副作用更少,复发率更低,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To study the effect of Xionggui Jiaoai Decoction combined with Guizhi Fuling Pill ondysmenorrhea due to adenomyosis.Methods 56 patients with with dysmenorrhea due to adenomyosis treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and a study group according to different treatment methods.28 cases receiving conventional western medicine treatment were taken as the control group,and the 28 cases receiving conventional western medicine treatment combined with Ligonggui Jiaoai Decoction and Guizhi Fuling Pill were taken as the study group.The degree of dysmenorrhea and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in visual analog scale(VAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05);after 1,3 and 6 months of treatment,the VAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 96.43%,which was higher than 71.43%of the control group,the recurrence rate and side effect rate were 3.57%and 7.14%,respectively,which were lower than 32.14%and 39.29%of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xionggui Jiaoai Decoction combined with Guizhi Fuling Pill has an ideal effect in the treatment of patients with adenomyosis dysmenorrhea,which can reduce the degree of pain,with fewer side effects and lower recurrence rate.It is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
