系统彩超在产前胎儿畸形筛查中的应用

Application of systematic color ultrasound in prenatal screening of fetal malformations

目的探讨三维彩超在产前诊断领域的应用价值。方法选择本院收治的1440例中晚期高危孕妇为研究对象,均进行二维及三维超声检查,比较不同检查手段所得结果。结果三维超声胎儿畸形检出率为94.74%,高于二维超声的68.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与二维彩超比较,三维超声成像技术下的图像清晰度更高,能为临床胎检、产检提供更可靠的信息支持,提升疾病诊断准确率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the application value of 3D color ultrasound in prenatal diagnosis.Methods 1440 cases of high risk pregnant women in the middle and late stages were selected as the study subjects.All of them underwent two dimensional and three dimensional ultrasound examination,and the results of different examination methods were compared.Results The detection rate of fetal malformation by three dimensional ultrasound was 94.74%,which was higher than 68.42%by two dimensional ultrasound,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with two dimensional color ultrasound,three dimensional ultrasound imaging technology has higher image clarity,can provide more reliable information support for clinical fetal examination and labor examination,improve the accuracy of disease diagnosis,and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
