妇科体检在女性HPV感染诊断及干预中的价值

Value of gynecological examination in diagnosis and intervention of female HPV infection

目的探讨妇科体检中女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的基因型分布特征,为HPV预防及干预提供参考。方法选取于本院接受妇科体检的3425例女性为研究对象,对其进行HPV检测,结合受检者一般资料,对HPV感染情况进行分析。结果3425例女性体检者中,HPV感染率为15.21%(521/3425),且均以高危型感染为主。将所有女性按年龄段分组,其中≥50岁组的HPV感染率最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在检出的高危亚型中,前5位分别为HPV 52型、53型、58型、51型、16型,其中52型感染率最高(19.83%)。在高危HPV感染中,HPV单一感染率为83.01%,多重感染率为16.99%。结论通过妇科体检,发现HPV感染的风险较高,且感染率随着年龄增长逐渐升高,以HPV 52型单一高危型感染为主。故针对绝经后女性,临床需予以高度关注。

Objective To investigate the genotypic distribution of female human papillomavirus(HPV)infection in gynecological examination,and to provide reference for HPV prevention and intervention.Methods A total of 3425 women who underwent gynecological physical examination in our hospital were selected as research objects.HPV detection was performed on them,and the HPV infection situation was analyzed combined with the general information of the patients.Results Among 3425 female physical examination subjects,HPV infection rate was 15.21%(521/3425),and most of them were high-risk infections.All women were grouped by age group,among which>50 years old group had the highest HPV infection rate,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the high-risk subtypes detected,the top 5 were HPV 52,53,58,51 and 16,and the infection rate of HPV 52 was the highest(19.83%).Among high-risk HPV infections,the single infection rate of HPV was 83.01%and the multiple infection rale was 16.99%.Conclusion Through gynecological examination,it is found that the risk of HPV infection is high,and the infection rate increases gradually with the increase of age,mainly HPV52 single high-risk infection.Therefore,clinical attention should be paid to postmenopausal women.
