摘要
目的分析磁共振与CT检查对卵巢肿瘤诊断与鉴别诊断的价值。方法选取本院收治的疑似卵巢肿瘤患者109例为研究对象,均进行CT检查、磁共振检查及病理检查。以病理结果为金标准,分析卵巢肿瘤在磁共振和CT检查中的影像特点,并比较二者的检出符合率。结果109例卵巢肿瘤病变,共发现病灶137个,其中单侧病变81例,双侧病变28例。病理学结果显示,病理类型有巧克力囊肿、畸胎瘤、卵巢囊肿、浆液性囊腺瘤、粘液性囊腺瘤、浆液性囊腺癌、卵泡膜细胞瘤、brenner瘤等。磁共振检查的诊断总符合率为90.8%,明显高于CT检查的80.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磁共振和CT检查均能为卵巢肿瘤诊断提供帮助,为临床医师判断卵巢肿瘤性质提供较为可靠的诊断依据,二者比较,磁共振检查的表现更优。
Objective To analyze the value of magnetic resonance and CT in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ovarian tumor.Methods A total of 109 patients with suspected ovarian tumor admitted to our hospital were selected as subjects.CT examination,magnetic resonance examination and pathological examination were performed.With pathological results as the gold standard,the imaging characteristics of ovarian tumors in MRI and CT were analyzed,and the coincidence rate of detection between the two was compared.Results There were 137 lesions in 109 cases of ovarian tumor,of which 81 were unilateral lesions and 28 were bilateral lesions.Pathological results showed that the pathological types were chocolate cyst,teratoma,ovarian cyst,serous cystadenoma,mucinous cystadenoma,serous cystadenocarcinoma,follicular membrane cell tumor,brenner's tumor,etc.The total coincidence rate of MRI was 90.8%,which was significantly higher than that of CT(80.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both MRI and CT can provide help for the diagnosis of ovarian tumor,and provide reliable diagnostic basis for clinicians to judge the nature of ovarian tumor.Compared with the two,the performance of MRI is better.
