以“重症人文”为切入点的医学教育策略探讨与实践 被引量:1

摘要 重症医学科是一门新兴的学科,基本涵盖了全院所有学科的急危重症患者,是急危重症患者急救的场所,是集医疗问题、社会问题和社会矛盾体现最为突出的科室。在重症医学科的临床工作中,不仅需要具备抢救危重患者的临床技能、与死神赛跑的重症精神,还需具备抚慰危重患者及家属、关怀临终患者的人文精神。本课题组前期通过对重症医学人文教育的现状进行探讨,进一步结合对医学生人文素质教育的实践经验,开展以智能化数据为依托的临床医学本科生“重症医学”人文教育的策略探讨,提出了人文教育的改革方向和有效途径,以期培养出具备全面而高尚人文精神的医学生,为其职业生涯奠定良好的基础。 The department of critical care medicine is an emerging discipline,which basically covers all the critically ill patients in the whole hospital.It is the place of emergency treatment for critically ill patients,and the department with the most prominent embodiment of medical problems,social problems and social contradictions.In the clinical work of intensive care medicine,it is necessary not only to have the clinical skills to rescue critically ill patients and the spirit of racing with death,but also to have the humanistic spirit to comfort critically ill patients and their families and care for the terminally ill patients.In the early stage,by discussing the current situation of humanistic education in critical care medicine and further combining the practical experience of humanistic quality education for medical students,the research group carried out strategic discussion on humanistic education of“critical care medicine”for clinical medical undergraduates based on intelligent data,and put forward the reform direction and effective ways of humanistic education in order to cultivate medical students with comprehensive and noble humanistic spirit,lay a good foundation for their career.
