新教改后五年制医学英语需求分析和教学思考 被引量:1

摘要 目的英语在未来医学高层次人才的培养中占据重要地位,为了满足特别是“新医科”概念对此提出的高要求,需要进行医学英语教学的改革和探索。方法2021年9—11月,笔者对浙江大学医学院临床医学二系的医学英语教学进行了创新,改变教学模式,引入课堂互动、协作学习模式、自制视频教学法、培养学术写作等教学板块。以2018级临床医学二系五年制的90名学生为调查对象,笔者对学生们的医学英语学习需求以及对新课程改革后的满意程度进行了调查,运用统计学软件分析调查结果。结果问卷调查显示,学生对阅读和口语交流能力的需求高于听、写、翻译能力的需求。学生课堂外医学英语学习的机会少,英语学习类APP正在成为新型的学习方式。学生在阅读、撰写医学英文文献时更依赖于专业的翻译软件。目前的教学改革从一定程度上满足了医学生的需求,但是仍需在口语、听力等方面加强课程内容的调整。目前课程难易度在满足高要求的条件下兼顾了不同英语基础的学生。结论教师需要不断进行教学创新,不断完善已有教学模式,不断提高学生使用医学英语从事临床与科研工作的能力,才能培养出满足现代社会需求的复合型人才。 Objective English occupies an important position in the training of high-level medical talents in the future.In order to meet the high requirements of the concept of“new medicine”,it is necessary to reform and explore medical English teaching.Methods From September to November 2021,writer innovated the teaching of medical English in the Second Department of Clinical Medicine,Zhejiang University School of Medicine,changed the teaching model and introduced teaching modules such as classroom interaction,collaborative learning mode,selfmade video teaching method,and academic writing training.Taking 90 students from the second department of clinical medicine for five years of 2018 as the survey objects,writer conducted a survey on the students'medical English learning needs and their satisfaction with the new curriculum reform,and analyzed the survey results with statistical software.Results Questionnaire survey showed that students’needs for reading and oral communication skills were higher than those for listening,writing,and translation skills.Students had few opportunities to learn medical English outside the classroom,and English learning APP were becoming a new way of learning.Students relied more on professional translation software when reading and writing medical English literature.The current teaching reform met the needs of medical students to a certain extent,but it was still necessary to strengthen the adjustment of course content in speaking and listening.At present,the difficulty of the course took into account students with different English foundations while met high requirements.Conclusion Teachers need to constantly carry out teaching innovation,constantly improve the existing teaching mode,and constantly improve the students'ability to use medical English to engage in clinical and scientific research work,to cultivate compound talents that meet the needs of modern society.
