自我授课联合workshop教学法在经皮肾镜取石术教学中的应用

摘要 目的探究自我授课联合workshop教学法在培训基层医师经皮肾镜取石术教学中的实施与效果。方法选取2018年1月—2021年12月于北京大学人民医院泌尿与碎石中心接受经皮肾镜取石术培训的基层泌尿外科医师共40名,随机分为两组,每组20名。试验组采取自我授课联合workshop教学法,对照组采取传统教学法。对比两组的理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩和满意度。结果试验组自我授课考评总分为(94.95±1.73)分。试验组的理论知识考核成绩显著高于对照组[(91.65±3.59)分vs.(87.40±4.14)分,P=0.001],试验组的操作考核成绩显著高于对照组[(92.45±2.42)分vs.(88.60±4.42)分,P=0.002],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的满意度高于对照组(90%vs.80%)。结论在培训基层医师经皮肾镜取石术中应用自我授课联合workshop教学法可以激发学员的学习主动性,促进了理论和操作能力的提升,学员满意度较好。 Objective To explore the application of selfteaching combined with workshop teaching method in the training of percutaneous nephrolithotomy for primary-level physicians.Methods A total of 40 primary urologists who received percutaneous nephrolithotomy training in Urology and Lithotripsy Center,Peking University People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,20 in each group.The experimental group adopted self-teaching combined with workshop teaching method,while the control group adopted traditional teaching method.The theoretical assessment scores,operational assessment scores and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total score of the self-teaching evaluation in the experimental group was(94.95±1.73)points.The theoretical assessment scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group[(91.65±3.59)points vs.(87.40±4.14)points,P=0.001],and the operational assessment scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group[(92.45±2.42)points vs.(88.60±4.42)points,P=0.002],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than in the control group(90%vs.80%).Conclusion The application of self-teaching combined with workshop teaching method in the training of percutaneous nephrolithotomy can stimulate students'learning initiative,promote the improvement of theoretical and operational abilities,and the students'satisfaction is good.
