摘要 目的探讨翻转课堂在眼外伤教学实践中的应用效果。方法选择2021年9—11月安徽医科大学2018级临床医学专业6个小班的学生作为研究对象,抽取3个小班78名学生作为对照组,其余3个小班81名学生作为试验组。选择眼外伤章节作为此次教学模式实施的主题,对照组采用传统教学,试验组采用翻转课堂教学法。结束后对学生进行考核,并填写课程经历调查反馈问卷。结果对照组学生眼外伤章节知识考核成绩为(65.37±12.83)分,试验组学生成绩为(83.67±7.55)分,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组学生课程经历调查反馈问卷结果显示试验组在团队合作能力、分析能力等方面反馈评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在课程负担评估中,课程压力、工作量反馈两组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。此外,试验组学生的学习积极性、学习热情、参与度反馈评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂有助于学生更好地掌握眼外伤相关知识,提高了其自主学习、沟通和合作能力,激发了学生的学习兴趣及热情。 Objective To explore the benefits of flipped classroom on ocular trauma teaching.Methods Six classes of students majoring in clinical medicine of grade 2018 in Anhui Medical University were enrolled in the study from September to November 2021.78 students in 3 classes were selected as the control group and accepted traditional teaching mode,and 81 students in another 3 classes were selected as the experimental group and accepted flipped classroom.The control and experimental group were compared based on students’feedback questionnaire of course experience and scores on tests using independent sample t-test and nonparametric test.Results The test scores for the ocular trauma were(65.37±12.83)in control group and(83.67±7.55)in practice group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the feedback questionnaire on the course experience of the two groups showed that the feedback scores of the practice group in teamwork ability,analysis ability et al were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the course burden assessment,the difference was not statistically significant in course pressure and workload feedback between the two groups(P>0.05).In addition,the feedback scores of learning enthusiasm,learning enthusiasm and participation of students in the practice group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Flipped classroom can help students better master the knowledge related to ocular trauma,improve their ability of autonomous learning,communication and cooperation,and stimulate students'interest and enthusiasm in learning.
