3D打印技术结合CBL教学法在骨科教学中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究和分析骨科教学中3D打印技术结合以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)的应用效果。方法在2020年4—5月期间,随机选取武汉大学第一临床医学院2016级临床医学专业学生80名,要求既往一年平均成绩为75分以上,其中男性42名,女性38名,随机分为两组,每组各40名,男女比例相同,由相同外科学教师对两组学生进行授课。对照组采用传统教学方式;实验组采用3D打印结合CBL的新教学法,比较两组学生的学习内容考核及课程评价差异。结果在学习内容考核中,新教学组的理论考核与技能考核明显高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在课程评价中,新教学组的自我评价及教学内容评价明显高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科教学中采用3D打印结合CBL教学法降低了课程难度,加强了学生对理论知识的理解,提高了其操作能力,也锻炼了他们的表达能力,同时改善了学生的课程体验,增加了学生对骨科教学内容的学习兴趣。 Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of 3D printing technology combined with case-based learning(CBL)in orthopedic teaching.Methods From April to May 2020,80 students majoring in clinical medicine of Grade 2016 in the First Clinical Medical College of Wuhan University were randomly divided into two groups,including 42 males and 38 females,with an average score of more than 75 points in the past year.The two groups of students were taught by the same surgical teachers.The traditional teaching method was used in the control group,and the new teaching method of 3D printing combined with CBL was adopted in the experimental group,and the differences of learning content examination and course evaluation between the two groups were compared.Results In the assessment of learning content,the theoretical assessment and skill assessment of the new teaching group were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the course evaluation,the self-evaluation and teaching content evaluation of the new teaching group were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3D printing combined with CBL teaching method in orthopedics teaching reduce the difficulty of the course,strengthen students'understanding of theoretical knowledge,improve their operation ability,exercise their expression ability,the students also have a better experience during class,and they get more interested in the lesson.
