PBL联合MDT教学法在脑梗死教学查房中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究以问题为基础的教学法(problembased learning,PBL)联合多学科协作(multidisciplinary treatment,MDT)教学模式在住院医师规范化培训脑梗死教学中的价值。方法以2020年4月—2021年4月期间哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院神经内科接收的56名规范化培训学员作为研究对象,随机分为试验组(n=28,采用PBL联合MDT教学法)和对照组(n=28,采用传统教学模式),对56名住培学员的出科成绩、学员满意度、患者满意度进行测评。结果PBL联合MDT试验组出科成绩、学员及患者满意度指标均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在住院医师规范化培训脑梗死教学中应用PBL联合MDT的教学模式能显著提升学员理论能力、临床实践能力及医患沟通能力,使其具备岗位胜任力。 Objective To investigate the effect of problembased learning(PBL)combined with multidisciplinary treatment(MDT)teaching method in the standardized training of residents of acute cerebral infarction.Methods From April 2020 to April 2021,56 students undergoing standardized training in the Neurology department of the 2nd Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected as the participants and randomized into an experimental group(n=28,applying PBL+MDT teaching mode)and a control group(n=28,applying traditional teaching mode).The students’scores,satisfaction of the student and satisfaction of the patient were evaluated.Results In the experimental group applying PBL combined with MDT teaching mode,the students’scores and satisfaction of the student,as well as satisfaction of the patient were all significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL+MDT teaching mode in the standardized training of residents of acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve the students’theoretical ability,clinical practical capability and physicianpatient communication ability,and make them have post competency.
