PACS系统联合MDT模式在医学影像学住院医师规范化培训中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析在医学影像学住院医师规范化培训中应用PACS系统联合MDT模式教学的应用效果,探讨其在改进医学影像学科临床教学方法中的优势及意义。方法选择医学影像学2018年2月—2021年2月进行规范化培训医师60名作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),对照组采用应用图像存档传输系统的影像医学教学系统(teaching-picture archiving and communication system,PACS),观察组采用PACS联合多学科协作模式(multidisciplinary team,MDT),通过教学效果评价、理论成绩、阅片考试成绩比较两组的教学效果以及培训医师对本次教学的满意程度。结果观察组对疾病相关知识的了解(3.41±0.51)分、理论联系实际能力(3.51±0.51)分、处理问题的应变能力(3.29±0.59)分、提高影像思维和分析能力(3.27±0.57)分、提高语言表达和沟通能力(3.38±0.62)分5个方面评分均高于对照组(2.67±0.46)分、(2.52±0.52)分、(2.66±0.61)分、(2.55±0.55)分、(2.64±0.61)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的理论考试成绩(93.67±3.67)分、阅片考试成绩(90.18±2.99)分均显著优于对照组(89.29±3.28)分、(85.89±3.01)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训医师对本次教学的满意程度(93.33%)明显高于对照组(50.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PACS系统联合MDT模式教学能够提高医学影像学住院医师的各项能力,具有可行性,可以取得良好效果,为医学影像教学提供了新的教学方式。 Objective To analyze the effect of PACS combined with MDT in standardized training of medical imaging residents,to explore its advantages and significance in improving clinical teaching methods of medical imaging.Methods A total of 60 doctors who received standardized training in medical imaging 2021 from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The patients in control group were treated with teaching-picture archiving and communication system(PACS),the observation group adopted PACS and multi-disciplinary team(MDT),the teaching effect of the two groups was compared by teaching effect evaluation,theory score,reading film test score and the degree of satisfaction of the training doctors to the teaching.Results The scores of understanding of disease-related knowledge(3.41±0.51),integrating theory with practice(3.51±0.51),coping ability(3.29±0.59),improving ability of image thinking and analysis(3.27±0.57),improving ability of language expression and communication(3.38±0.62)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(2.67±0.46),(2.52±0.52),(2.66±0.61),(2.55±0.55),(2.64±0.61),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of theory test(93.67±3.67)and film reading test(90.18±2.99)in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(89.29±3.28)and(85.89±3.01),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction of trained doctors(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(50.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PACS combined with MDT can improve the ability of residents in medical imaging,which is feasible and effective.It provides a new teaching method for medical imaging teaching.
