本科生导师制度对于八年制临床医学生学习及科研能力的影响 被引量:9

Effect of the Undergraduate-tutor System on the Learning and Scientific Research Ability of Eightyear Clinical Medical Students

摘要 目的评价本科生导师制度对八年制临床医学生学习及科研能力的影响。方法2021年6—9月,以已完成本科阶段学习的八年制临床医学生为研究对象,随机调查104名学生,有效数据101名(有效率97.1%),导师组54名,非导师组47名。以问卷调查的形式,从学习成绩、科研产出、自我评价、对导师的满意度等方面进行数据收集及分析。结果客观指标:两组学生本科阶段考试成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);导师组学生参加大创数量、论文发表评分显著高于非导师组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。主观指标:导师组学生在科研主观满意度中的六项指标均显著优于非导师组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且学生对导师具有较高的满意度。综合评价:导师组学生科研能力综合评分显著高于非导师组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本科生导师制度提高了八年制临床医学生科研能力及增加了科研产出,该制度对学生的专业素养、学习方法及人生规划等方面均有益处。 Objective To evaluate the influence of undergraduate tutor system on the learning and scientific research ability of eight-year clinical medical students.Methods A total of 104 clinical medical students who had completed their undergraduate study were randomly investigated from June to September,2021.101 cases(97.1%effective rate)were included in the study,54 cases in the tutor group and 47 cases in the non-tutor group.In the form of questionnaire survey,data were collected and analyzed from the aspects of academic performance,scientific research output,self-evaluation and satisfaction with their tutors.Results Objective indicators:there was no significant difference in undergraduate examination scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The numbers of the undergraduate innovative and entrepreneurship training program for college students participated in and the score of paper publication in the tutor group were significantly higher than those in the non-tutor group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Subjective indicators:six indicators of the student's subjective satisfaction with scientific research in the tutor group were significantly better than those in the non-tutor group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and students had a high degree of satisfaction with their tutor.Comprehensive evaluation:the comprehensive score of scientific research ability of students in the tutor group was significantly higher than that of students in the non-tutor group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The undergraduate tutor system can improve the scientific research ability and increase the scientific research output of the eight-year clinical medical students.The system is beneficial to the students'professional quality,learning methods and life planning etc.
