近年来,研究生招生规模不断扩大,招生人数不断增加。招生工作作为保证和提高研究生生源质量的关键环节,显得尤为重要,直接关系到后续研究生的培养质量。而复试作为研究生招生考试的重要组成部分,是科学选才、择优录取的必要步骤。网络远程复试作为研究生招生复试工作的一种新形式,给招生工作带来了极大的挑战,在运行过程中势必会遇到诸多问题,同时也为复试工作提供了新的发展方向,如何公平公正做好研究生招生复试工作成为了研究热点。文章按照硕士研究生网络复试工作的要求,针对近2年硕士研究生网络复试工作存在的问题进行阐述,探索提出4个方面的解决措施,以实现更公平、更有效的网络远程复试,进一步完善研究生招生工作规范流程,提高生源质量。

In recent years,the scale of postgraduate enrollment is expanding and the number of students is increasing.As a key link to ensure and improve the quality of graduate students,the recruitment work is particularly important,which is directly related to the training quality of subsequent graduate students.As an important part of the postgraduate entrance examination,the second examination is a necessary step in scientific selection and selection.As a new form of graduate student recruitment reexamination,the network remote reexamination has brought great challenges to the recruitment work,and it is bound to meet many problems in the operation process,but also provides a new development direction for the reexamination work.How to do the graduate student recruitment reexamination fairly and justly has become a research hotspot.According to the requirements of the network reexamination for postgraduate students,this paper expounds the problems existing in the network reexamination for postgraduate students in recent two years,and explores the solutions from four aspects,so as to achieve a fairer and more effective network remote reexamination,further improve the work flow of postgraduate enrollment,and improve the quality of students.
