阿司匹林肠溶片联合氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性分析

Clinical efficacy and safety analysis of aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的研究急性脑梗死患者使用阿司匹林肠溶片及氯吡格雷联合治疗的临床效果和安全性。方法120例急性脑梗死患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上使用氯吡格雷治疗。比较两组疗效、内皮素-1、超敏C反应蛋白、红细胞聚集指数、血小板凝聚率、不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组的78.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组内皮素-1(61.52±1.49)ng/L、超敏C反应蛋白(3.11±0.23)mg/L、红细胞聚集指数(9.14±0.27)、血小板凝聚率(14.22±0.66)%均低于对照组的(67.25±4.54)ng/L、(6.13±0.50)mg/L、(31.95±6.34)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联合使用阿司匹林肠溶片和氯吡格雷治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,能明显改善患者的临床症状,安全性高,值得临床推荐。

Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets,and the observation group was treated with clopidogrel on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,endothelin-1,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,erythrocyte aggregation index,coagulation rate of platelets,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 78.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had endothelin-1 of(61.52±1.49)pg/L,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein of(3.11±0.23)mg/L,erythrocyte aggregation index of(10.24±0.26),and coagulation rate of platelets of(14.22±0.66)%,which were lower than(67.25±4.54)ng/L,(6.13±0.50)mg/L,and(31.95±6.34)%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of aspirin enteric-coated tablets and clopidogrel is effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with high safety.It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
