摘要
目的分析室性心律失常患者采取胺碘酮进行治疗的临床疗效。方法60例室性心律失常患者,随机分为对照组及研究组,每组30例。对照组患者采用临床传统治疗,研究组患者在临床传统治疗的基础上应用胺碘酮进行治疗。比较两组患者的住院时间和重症加护病房看护时间,收缩压和舒张压水平。结果研究组患者的住院时间(9.11±2.18)d、重症加护病房看护时间(1.43±1.18)d短于对照组的(12.10±4.34)、(2.44±1.24)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的收缩压(109.15±10.15)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、舒张压(71.15±7.32)mm Hg与对照组的(110.11±11.13)、(69.04±7.12)mm Hg比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床中为室性心律失常患者采取胺碘酮进行治疗,效果明确,能够有效缩短患者的住院时间,帮助患者加快身体恢复速度,应该给予大力的推广与应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of amiodarone in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia.Methods A total of 60 patients with ventricular arrhythmia were randomly divided into the control group and the research group,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional clinical treatment,while patients in the research group were treated with amiodarone on the basis of conventional clinical treatment.The hospital stay,intensive care unit stay time,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were compared between the two groups.Results The hospital stay(9.11±2.18)d and intensive care unit stay time(1.43±1.18)d in the research group were shorter than(12.10±4.34)and(2.44±1.24)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure(109.15±10.15)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),diastolic blood pressure(71.15±7.32)mm Hg of patients in the research group had no significant difference compared with(110.11±11.13)and(69.04±7.12)mm Hg in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone has definite effect on patients with ventricular arrhythmia,which can effectively shorten the hospital stay and help patients speed up physical recovery,so it should be vigorously promoted and applied.
