2型糖尿病患者采用短期胰岛素强化治疗的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of short-term intensive insulin therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的分析2型糖尿病患者采用短期胰岛素强化治疗的临床效果。方法60例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采用口服降糖药治疗,观察组采用短期胰岛素强化治疗。比较两组用药时间、血糖恢复正常时间及治疗效果。结果观察组用药时间(16.42±4.63)d及血糖恢复时间(13.40±2.86)d均短于对照组的(26.77±5.32)、(19.42±3.54)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论短期胰岛素强化治疗2型糖尿病的效果非常确切,可有效缩短患者血糖恢复时间与用药时间,促进病情好转,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of short-term intensive insulin therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were studied and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral hypoglycemic drugs,and the observation group was treated with short-term insulin intensive therapy.The medication time,blood glucose recovery time and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The medication time(16.42±4.63)d and blood glucose recovery time(13.40±2.86)d in the observation group were shorter than(26.77±5.32)and(19.42±3.54)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 76.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Short-term intensive insulin therapy is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,which can effectively shorten the blood glucose recovery time and medication time,and promote the improvement of the disease.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
