凉血消肿汤联合红霉素软膏治疗新鲜肛裂的临床体会

Clinical experience of Liangxue Xiaozhong decoction combined with erythromycin ointment in treating fresh anal fissure

目的观察凉血消肿汤联合红霉素软膏治疗新鲜肛裂的临床体会分析。方法60例新发肛裂患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组患者采用红霉素软膏外涂治疗,研究组患者采用红霉素软膏外涂联合凉血消肿汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后创面疼痛、出血、创面肉芽健康程度、大便干结程度及睡眠障碍评分,治疗效果,治疗满意度。结果治疗前,两组患者的创面疼痛、出血、创面肉芽健康程度、大便干结程度、睡眠障碍评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、3、5、7 d,研究组患者的创面疼痛、出血、创面肉芽健康程度、大便干结程度、睡眠障碍评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率100.00%显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的治疗总满意率100.00%高于对照组的76.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新鲜肛裂的治疗中实施凉血消肿汤联合红霉素软膏治疗,可以显著减轻患者的创面疼痛感与出血程度,提升创面肉芽健康程度,降低睡眠障碍,获得较高的治疗总有效率与满意率,效果理想。

Objective To observe the clinical experience of Liangxue Xiaozhong decoction combined with erythromycin ointment in treating fresh anal fissure.Methods A total of 60 patients with fresh anal fissure were divided into control group and research group by random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group group was treated with erythromycin ointment,and the research group was treated with external application of Liangxue Xiaozhong decoction and erythromycin ointment.Both groups were compared in terms of wound pain,bleeding,wound granulation health,dry stool and sleep disturbance scores of the two groups before and after treatment,therapeutic effect,and treatment satisfaction.Results Before treatment,the differences between the two groups in terms of wound pain,bleeding,wound granulation health,dry stool and sleep disturbance scores were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 1,3,5 and 7 d of treatment,the wound pain,bleeding,wound granulation health,dry stool and sleep disturbance scores of the research group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 100.00%in the research group was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate 100.00%in the research group was higher than 76.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of fresh anal fissure,the combination of Liangxue Xiaozhong decoction and erythromycin ointment can significantly reduce the pain and bleeding of patients'wounds after treatment,improve the health of wound granulation,reduce sleep disturbance,and achieve a high total treatment efficiency and satisfaction rate with ideal effect.
