益气活血汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的探讨冠心病心绞痛患者接受益气活血汤进行治疗的疗效。方法80例冠心病心绞痛患者,根据患者入院接受治疗顺序的单双号分为对照组及研究组,每组40例。对照组接受临床常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用益气活血汤治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果研究组患者中,显效20例,有效16例,无效4例;对照组患者中,显效8例,有效16例,无效16例。研究组患者治疗总有效率90.0%明显高于对照组的60.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中选择益气活血汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效确切,能够有效减少疾病发作次数,应该给予大力的推广与应用。

Objective To discuss the efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were divided into the control group and the research group according to the order of the odd or even numbers that entered the hospital for treatment,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the research group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results In the research group,20 patients were significantly effective,16 cases were effective,and 4 cases were ineffective;in the control group,8 cases were significantly effective,16 cases were effective,and 16 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate 90.0%in the research group was significantly higher than 60.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Decoction has a definite effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,which can effectively reduce the number of disease attacks,and should be vigorously promoted and applied.
