“靳三针”联合艾灸治疗脑性瘫痪患儿临床研究

Curative effect of Jin's three-needle combined with moxibustion therapy on cerebral palsy children

目的观察“靳三针”联合艾灸治疗脑瘫患儿的疗效及患儿运动功能和日常生活能力的影响。方法将150例脑瘫患儿按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组75例行常规针刺治疗,观察组75例予“靳三针”联合艾灸治疗。比较2组疗效及治疗前后中医证候评分,患儿10 m内平均步速,患-健侧步长差值和跨步步长,粗大运动功能测试量表-88(GMFM-88)、Barthel指数(BI)量表评分。结果观察组总有效率88.00%(66/75),对照组总有效率65.33%(49/75),观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组中医证候善忘、智能减退、表情淡漠、腰痠腿软和头昏耳鸣评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组步态指标患-健侧步长差值缩小(P<0.05),跨步步长增大(P<0.05),10 m内平均步速增加(P<0.05),且观察组改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组GMFM-88、BI量表评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“靳三针”联合艾灸治疗脑瘫患儿疗效较好,能改善患儿运动功能和日常生活能力。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Jin's three-needle combined with moxibustion therapy on children with cerebral palsy(CP).Methods Totally 150 CP children were assigned 1:1 ratio to receive conventional acupuncture(control group)or Jin's three-needle(observation group).The aim was to compare traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,10-m walking speed,step length difference between the involved and uninvolved limbs,step width,the Gross Motor Function Measure-88(GMFM-88),Barthel index(BI)rating scale score;the curative effect was assessed.Results The overall effective rate was higher in the observation group(88.00%[66/75])compared with the control group(65.33%[49/75]),(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome(forgetfulness,decreased intelligence,apathy,soreness of waist and legs,dizziness and tinnitus)scores in groups were decreased(P<0.05),the observation group was more prevalent(P<0.05);decreased step length difference between the involved and uninvolved limbs,increased step width and increased 10-m walking speed were detected in groups,improvement of which in the observation group were significantly better(all P<0.05);GMFM-88 and BI scores in groups were increased(P<0.05),the observation group was more common(P<0.05).Conclusion For CP children,Jin's three-needle combined with moxibustion therapy can improve the motor function and daily living ability,and with good curative effect.
