空气波压力联合低频脉冲电治疗预防急性脑梗死患者深静脉血栓形成的效果研究

Effect Study of Air Wave Pressure Combined with Low Frequency Pulse Electric Therapy on Prevention of Deep Venous Thrombosis in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察空气波压力联合低频脉冲电治疗预防急性脑梗死(ACI)患者深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的效果。方法:选取2021年7月-2022年1月四川省中江县人民医院收治的100例ACI患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规治疗及康复训练,观察组采用空气波压力联合低频脉冲电治疗。比较两组患者DVT发生率、日常生活能力评估量表(ADL)评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果:观察组DVT发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组ADL、NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组ADL评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:空气波压力联合低频脉冲电治疗对预防ACI患者发生DVT的效果确切,同时对改善患者神经功能、减轻临床症状方面具有积极意义,并且操作简便,建议推广应用。

Objective:To observe the effect of air wave pressure combined with low frequency pulse electric therapy on the prevention of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:From July 2021 to January 2022,100 patients with ACI admitted to Zhongjiang County People’s Hospital in Sichuan Province were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group used conventional treatment and rehabilitation training,and the observation group used air wave pressure combined with low frequency pulse electric therapy.The incidence of DVT,the activities of daily living(ADL)scale scores,and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of DVT in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ADL and NIHSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the ADL score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the NIHSS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Air wave pressure combined with low frequency pulse electric therapy has a definite effect on preventing DVT in ACI patients,and has positive significance in improving patients’neurological function and alleviating clinical symptoms.It also has convenient operations and is worthy of promotion and application.
