Medical Damage Identification of Wernicke Encephalopathy in Two Postoperatively Fasting Patients

手术后患者发生韦尼克脑病的概率较低,许多外科医生对此缺乏认识,易对患者造成严重影响。近年来,通过医疗损害鉴定发现,在术后禁食患者中,营养支持不到位可能会导致韦尼克脑病的发生,从而影响患者预后。本研究通过对相关鉴定案例的整理、回顾、分析,旨在警示临床外科医师重视术后营养支持,警惕、识别及规避韦尼克脑病的发生。

The incidence of postoperative Wernicke encephalopathy is not high,and many surgeons are not aware of it,which is easy to cause serious damage to patients.In recent years,through the identification of medical damage,it has been found that Wernicke encephalopathy is caused by inadequate nutritional support in patients with postoperative fasting,thus affecting the prognosis of patients.Through sorting out,reviewing and analyzing relevant identification cases,this paper aims to warn clinical surgeons to pay attention to the importance of postoperative nutritional support,and to guard against,identify and avoid the occurrence of Wernicke encephalopathy.
