摘要
目的:探讨采用西替利嗪、布地奈德联合治疗小儿支气管哮喘的效果。方法:选取2020年3月-2022年3月阜宁县人民医院收治的59例支气管哮喘患儿作为研究对象,根据就诊先后顺序分为对照组和观察组。对照组28例,采用布地奈德治疗;观察组31例,在对照组基础上联合西替利嗪治疗。比较两组患儿治疗效果以及肺功能、气道炎症指标情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、呼吸峰值流速(PEF)、FEV_(1)/用力肺活量(FVC)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组FEV_(1)、PEF、FEV_(1)/FVC水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组趋化因子基质细胞衍生因子1(SDF-1)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、肿瘤生长因子β_(1)(TFG-β_(1))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组SDF-1、MCP-1、TFG-β_(1)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合西替利嗪治疗小儿支气管哮喘的效果较好,可有效改善患儿肺功能,消除气道炎症,值得临床应用并予以推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of cetirizine and budesonide combined therapy in children with bronchial asthma.Methods:A total of 59 children with bronchial asthma admitted and treated in Funing County People’s Hospital from March 2020to March 2022 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order of admission.The 28 patients in control group were treated with budesonide,and the 31 patients in observation group were treated with cetirizine on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effects,pulmonary function and airway inflammation indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV_(1)),peak expiratory flow(PEF),and FEV_(1)/forced vital capacity(FVC)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of FEV_(1),PEF,FEV_(1)/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of chemokine stromal cell-derived factor 1(SDF-1),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)and tumor growth factorβ_(1)(TFG-β_(1))between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of SDF-1,MCP-1 and TFG-β_(1),in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide combined with cetirizine achieves good effect in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma,it can effectively improve children’s lung function,eliminate airway inflammation,and the clinical application and promotion are advocated.
