急救护理流程优化模式在急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者中的应用效果研究

Study on Application Effect of Emergency Nursing Process Optimization Model in Patients with Acute ST Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction Peng Qiao

目的:分析在急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者的临床护理中实施急救护理流程优化模式的效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年7月长沙市中心医院收治的80例急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,经双盲法分为试验组与参照组,各40例。试验组实施急救护理流程优化模式,参照组实施常规急救流程护理。比较两组患者的救治时间、护理相关评分、并发症发生率。结果:试验组患者的总急救时间、住院时间、卧床时间、急诊时间均短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的抑郁评分、焦虑评分均低于参照组,护理满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者中实施急救护理流程优化模式的效果显著,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of implementing emergency nursing process optimization model in the clinical nursing of patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction treated in Changsha Central Hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the experimental group and the reference group by double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group applied emergency nursing process optimization model,and the reference group applied routine emergency process nursing.The treatment time,nursing-related scores,and complication rates in the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The total emergency time,length of hospital stay,bed rest time,and emergency time in the experimental group were all shorter than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The depression score and anxiety score of the patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing the emergency nursing process optimization model in patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction has significant effect and is worthy of promotion.
