舒适护理在上消化道出血患者中的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Comfortable Nursing in Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding Patients

目的:研究舒适护理在上消化道出血患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年7月-2021年12月高邮市中医医院收治的70例上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施舒适护理。比较两组止血时间、住院时间、不良情绪评分、护理满意度及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组止血时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理在上消化道出血患者中的应用效果显著,能够使患者在生理和心理上均获得足够的满足感与安全感,从而提高治疗效果,改善护理质量,值得应用并予以推广。

Objective:To study the application effect of comfortable nursing in upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients.Methods:A total of 70 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who were admitted to Gaoyou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comfortable nursing on the basis of control group.The hemostasis time,length of hospital stay,adverse mood score,nursing satisfaction,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The hemostasis time and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of comfortable nursing in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding is significant,which can make patients obtain sufficient physical and psychological satisfaction and safety,thereby improving the treatment effect and improving the quality of nursing,it is worthy of application and promotion.
