以人为本护理模式在妊娠期高血压患者产前检查中的应用效果研究

Research on Application Effect of Human-Oriented Care Model in Prenatal Examination of Patients with Gestational Hypertension

目的:探讨在妊娠期高血压患者产前检查中应用以人为本护理模式的价值。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年12月绵阳市中心医院收治的100例妊娠期高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施以人为本护理模式。比较两组血压水平、负性情绪评分及并发症发生率。结果:护理前,两组舒张压、收缩压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组舒张压、收缩压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:以人为本护理模式在妊娠期高血压患者产前检查中的应用效果理想,可促进患者血压水平稳定,降低并发症发生率,值得应用并予以推广。

Objective:To analyze the application value of people-oriented nursing model in prenatal examination of patients with gestational hypertension.Methods:A total of 100 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to Mianyang Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the observation group implemented people-oriented nursing model on the basis of control group.Blood pressure levels,negative mood scores,and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the prenatal examination of patients with gestational hypertension,the application effect of the people-oriented nursing model is ideal,it can promote the stabilization of blood pressure levels and decrease complication rate,which is worthy of application and promotion.
