预见性护理在预防重症胰腺炎行连续性血液净化患者下肢静脉血栓中的应用价值分析

Analysis of Application Value of Predictive Nursing on Prevention of Lower Extremity Venous Thrombosis in Patients with Severe Pancreatitis Undergoing Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy

目的:分析预见性护理在预防重症胰腺炎行连续性血液净化(CRRT)患者下肢静脉血栓中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年4月-2022年5月滨州医学院附属医院收治的60例接受CRRT治疗的重症胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施预见性护理,比较两组患者下肢静脉血栓发生率、康复进程及护理满意度。结果:观察组下肢静脉血栓发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腹痛消失时间、血清淀粉酶水平恢复正常时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于行CRRT治疗的重症胰腺炎患者实施预见性护理,可有效降低下肢静脉血栓发生率,加快患者病情康复速度,并可促进护患关系和谐发展。

Objective:To analyze the application value of predictive nursing on preventing lower extremity venous thrombosis in patients with severe pancreatitis undergoing continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT).Methods:A total of 60 patients with severe pancreatitis undergoing CRRT in Binzhou Medical University Hospital from April 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing and the observation group implemented predictive nursing on the basis of control group.The incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis,rehabilitation process and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The disappearance time of abdominal pain,time of returning to normal serum amylase and hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with severe pancreatitis treated with CRRT,predictive nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis,accelerate the recovery of patients,and promote the harmonious development of the nurse-patient relationship.
