摘要
目的研究矿物质代谢信息数字一体化管理在血液透析患者中的应用价值。方法收集2021年7月1日-12月31日龙南市第一人民医院收治的60例血液透析患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予矿物质代谢信息数字一体化管理,比较两组矿物质(钙、磷、PTH、碱性磷酸酶)代谢指标达标率、依从性、并发症发生率及住院率。结果研究组钙、磷、PTH、碱性磷酸酶达标率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组住院率为16.67%,低于对照组的46.67%(P<0.05)。结论矿物质代谢信息数字一体化管理有助于提高血液透析患者的矿物质代谢达标率,同时改善其依从性,降低并发症及住院风险。
Objective To study the application value of digital integrated management of mineral metabolism information in hemodialysis patients.Methods From July 1,to December 31,2021,60 hemodialysis patients in Longnan First People's Hospital were collected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine drug treatment,and the study group was given hemodialysis mineral metabolism information digital integrated management on the basis of the control group.The compliance rate of mineral(calcium,phosphorus,PTH,alkaline phosphatase)metabolic index,compliance,complication rate and hospitalization rate were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance rate of calcium,phosphorus,PTH and alkaline phosphatase in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization rate of the study group was 16.67%,which was lower than 46.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Digital integrated management of mineral metabolism information is helpful to improve the compliance rate of mineral metabolism in hemodialysis patients,improve their compliance,and reduce complications and hospitalization risks.
