针对性护理在减少CT增强扫描造影剂外渗中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨针对性护理在减少CT增强扫描造影剂外渗中的应用价值。方法抽选本院2019年1月-2021年9月行CT增强扫描前实施针对性护理的患者52例设为观察组,抽选行CT增强扫描前实施常规护理的患者52例设为对照组。比较两组干预后造影剂外渗率、不良反应发生率、护理满意度及干预前后焦虑(HAMA)、抑郁(HAMD)评分。结果观察组造影剂外渗率为1.92%,低于对照组的13.46%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后HAMA、HAMD评分低于同组干预前、对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理可减少CT增强扫描造影剂的外渗,减少患者不良反应发生率,改善不安情绪,提高护理满意度。 Objective To explore the application value of targeted nursing in reducing contrast agent extravasation in CT enhanced scan.Methods From January 2019 to September 2021,52 patients who underwent targeted nursing before CT enhanced scan were selected as the observation group,and 52 patients who underwent routine nursing before CT enhanced scan were selected as the control group.The contrast agent extravasation rate,incidence of adverse reactions,nursing satisfaction,anxiety(HAMA)and depression(HAMD)scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The extravasation rate of contrast agent in the observation group was 1.92%,which was lower than 13.46%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the same group before intervention and the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing can reduce the extravasation of contrast agent in CT enhanced scan,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve anxiety and improve nursing satisfaction.
