摘要
目的探讨下肢智能反馈训练系统辅助治疗对不完全性腰段脊髓损伤(SCI)患者下肢功能的改善作用。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月在浙江省台州医院就诊的78例不完全性腰段SCI患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组39例。对照组采用常规康复训练治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用下肢智能反馈训练系统辅助治疗,均治疗12周,比较两组治疗前后下肢肌力、运动功能[采用简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)评估]及步行能力[采用功能性步行量表(FAC)与SCI步行指数联合评估]的改善情况。结果治疗前,两组腘绳肌及股四头肌肌力分级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组腘绳肌及股四头肌肌力分级均高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组FMA、FAC及SCI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FMA、FAC及SCI评分均高于治疗前,且试验组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下肢智能反馈训练系统辅助治疗不完全性腰段SCI患者可显著增强其下肢肌力,促进下肢运动功能的恢复,改善步行能力。
Objective To explore the improving effect of adjuvant therapy of Lower limb intelligent feedback training system of patients with incomplete lumbar spiral destruction(SCI).Methods 78 patients with incomplete lumbar SCI in the orthopedics department of the hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were divided into two groups of 39 cases by table of random number.The patients in control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation training,and the patients in observation group was treated with adjuvant therapy of Lower limb intelligent feedback training system on the basis of the control group.The patients in both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The changes in muscle strength,movement and walking ability of the lower limbs were compared between two groups before treatment and after 12 weeks’treatment.Results After 12 weeks’treatment,the muscle strength of the hamstrings and quadriceps in two groups were increased significantly than before(P<0.05),and the increase in observation group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.05);after 12 weeks’treatment,the FMA score,FAC score,and SCI walking index in two groups were increased significantly than before(P<0.05),and the increase in observation group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant therapy of Lower limb intelligent feedback training system used in patients with incomplete lumbar SCI can enhance the muscle strength of the lower limbs,promote the recovery of the lower limbs motor function,and improve the walking ability.
