射频识别技术在手术室外科缝线精细化管理中的应用 被引量:4

The Application of Radio Frequency Identification Technology in Realizing the Stylized,Specialized and Fine Management of Surgical Suture in the Operating Room

摘要 外科缝线因体积小、价值高,一直是手术室物资管理的重点和难点。该研究根据缝线的特性及临床使用习惯,开发了手术室专用的外科缝线框,并利用射频识别(RFID)技术的电子标签及智能柜对缝线进行一对一自动识别与跟踪管理。通过开发专科化、术式化的缝线框,运用RFID系统能够缩短外科缝线的术前准备与术后清点时间,可有效完善现有的工作流程,提升库存缝线的盘存正确率,提高医护人员的工作效率及手术室使用效率,推进医院的信息化与精细化管理进程;还可减少医疗耗材遗失或收费遗漏情况的发生,提高医疗服务质量,为医院开辟智能化管理的新领域。 In the material management of operating room,surgical suture is always the important and difficult part due to its small size and high value.In view of this management pain point,we developed a surgical suture frame for the operating room with the specialized characteristics and clinical habits of suture.At the same time,we used radio frequency identification(RFID)technology and intelligent cabinets to conduct one-to-one automatic identification and tracking management,which can implementing specialized and refined management reform,and achieving the refined management goal.Through the development of the stylized,specialized surgical suture frame and the application of information system,we can improve the current workflow,increase the working efficiency of medical staff and the operating room,and promote the information process of hospital management.Meanwhile the system can also reduce the loss of medical consumables or missed charges,improve the quality of medical services,and open up a new field for the intelligent management of hospitals.
