改进型锐器收集盒应用于骨科对护理人员的保护效果

Protective Effect of Improved Sharp instrument Collection Box Applied to Orthopedics Nurses

目的分析医院骨科推广应用改进型锐器收集盒对护理人员的保护效果。方法将2020年2—12月解放军联勤保障部队第九一〇医院骨科的46名护理人员随机均分为对照组(采用常规锐器收集盒)和观察组(采用改进型锐器收集盒),比较两组对操作便利性和安全性的满意度、针刺防护评分、处理针头过程中意外刺伤的发生情况。结果观察组对操作安全性的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组针刺防护行为评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组研究期间意外刺伤发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论改进型锐器收集盒能更好降低处理输液针头或穿刺针头过程中的意外刺伤风险,护理人员对其安全性评价也相对更高。

Objective To analyze the effect of semi-automatic cutting and collecting device of transfusion needle popularized in orthopedics department.Methods The logistic support forces of the Chinese People's Liberation Army 910 hospital orthopedic 46 nurses randomly divided into control group(conventional tool box)and observation group(modified tool box),to compare two groups of nursing staff satisfaction with the convenience and safety,protection grade,processing needle acupuncture accidentally stabbing is happening in the process of statistical difference.Results The nursing staff in the observation group was more satisfied with the safety of the device than the control group,and the score of the acupuncture behavior in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of accidental stab injury in the observation g roup was lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The improved sharps collection box can better reduce the risk of accidental puncture in the process of handling infusion needles or puncture needles,and the safety evaluation of nursing staff is relatively higher.
