CBL教学法联合微信辅助教学在中医脾胃病住院医师规范化培训中的应用

The Application of CBL Teaching Method Combined with WeChat Teaching in Standardized Training for Resident Physicians in Spleen and Stomach Diseases of Traditional Chinese Medicine

传统授课式带教模式存在着教学形式固化、缺乏交流互动和规培医师学习主动性不强等缺点。CBL教学法联合微信辅助教学作为新的教学模式能充分调动规培医师的学习主动性,借助微信平台辅助教学,加强师生交流,提高规培医师学习的积极性和探索问题、解决问题的能动性,符合我国不断提高住院医师培养质量的要求。将CBL联合微信交流的教学法应用在中医脾胃病住院医师规范化培训临床带教中,不仅突破传统教学方法的局限性,而且促进中医脾胃病住院医师规范化教学综合质量的提高。

The traditional teaching mode has some shortcomings, such as rigid teaching form, lack of communication and interaction,and weak learning initiative of disciplined training doctors. CBL teaching method combined with We Chat teaching as a new teaching mode can fully mobilize the learning initiative of resident physicians, with the aid of We Chat platform auxiliary teaching, strengthen the communication between teachers and students, raise the enthusiasm of learning for resident physicians and exploration problems,the initiative to solve the problem, accord with the requirement of constantly improve the quality of resident training in China. The application of the combined teaching method of “CBL combined with We Chat communication”in the clinical teaching of standardized training for residents of spleen and stomach disease of traditional Chinese medicine not only breaks through the limitations of traditional teaching methods, but also promotes the improvement of the comprehensive quality of standardized teaching for residents of spleen and stomach disease of traditional Chinese medicine.
