摘要
目的 探讨OBE理念结合PDCA管理模式的混合式教学在外科教学中的应用方式及效果。方法 选择南阳医学高等专科学校2019级普通专科临床医学专业2个班级238名学生为观察组,将OBE理念融入PDCA管理模式中采用混合式教学应用于外科学教学。选择2019级普通专科临床医学专业2个班级240名学生为对照组,对照组学生采用传统教学方法。用接近临床执业助理医师资格考试的内容和方式对2组学生进行考核,比较2组学生外科理论成绩及外科实践技能成绩。结果观察组学生外科理论考试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组学生外科实践技能成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 PDCA模式结合OBE理念的混合式教学用于外科学可以显著提升医学生的外科学执业理论和实践技能。
Objective To explore the application and effect of blended-teaching method with the combination of PDCA management mode and OBE concept in surgical teaching. Methods A total number of 238 sophomores from two classes who majored in clinical medicine of Nanyang Medical College were selected as the observation group, which based on the blended-teaching method integrated the OBE concept into the PDCA management model. By contrast, 240 sophomores in two classes of the clinical medicine major in the college were selected as the control group which applied the traditional teaching method. The two groups of students were assessed with the content related to the clinical assistant practicing physician qualification examination, and then compared the surgical theory scores and surgical practice skills scores of the two groups. Results The students in the observation group got higher surgical theoretical scores than the control group, and there existed the statistically significant difference(P<0.01);the students in the observation group had higher surgical practice skills scores than the control group, and there also existed the statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination PDCA mode and OBE concept in surgery method can significantly improve the surgical practice theory and practical skills of medical students.
