激发内生动力的中药学课程教学模式研究

摘要 目的 探索如何激发学生的内生动力,让学生具备主动学习、终身学习的能力,以寻找适合中药学专业的中药学课程教学模式。方法 选取江西中医药大学2019级中药1班为教改组,2019级中药3班为对照组。对照组44人采用传统教学法;教改组61人采用激发内生动力的中药学课程教学模式。教改组研究过程中在学生分组的基础上,将课程分为教师讲授部分、学生和教师共同讲授部分以及学生独自讲授部分,然后让学生自行将分到的项目进行拆分,逐步完成项目,并且在所有项目完成后进行效果评价。结果 教改组的理论成绩显著高于对照组,PPT制作能力、饮片辨识能力提升明显。教改组学生的成绩综合评定也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。教改组一名学生被推荐参加中药相关比赛并获奖。结论 激发学生的内生动力可有效提高中药专业学生的中药学成绩及相关能力。 The purpose of this study was to explore how to stimulate students’ endogenous motivation, so that students have the ability of active learning and lifelong learning, then to find a teaching mode of Chinese materia medica suitable for Chinese pharmacy majors.In the research process, on the basis of student grouping, divide the course into teacher teaching part, student and teacher teaching part and student teaching part individually, and then let the students split the assignment by themselves, accomplish the projects step by step, and after all the projects are completed, the after-effect evaluation was carried out. The results showed that the academic performance of the teaching reform class was significantly higher than the control class, and the production ability of PPT and the ability to recognize decoction pieces also was improved. It can be seen that stimulating the endogenous motivation of students can effectively improve the performance and related abilities of Chinese materia medica students.
