摘要
目的 探讨混合式教学模式在中医护理教学中的应用效果。方法 选取中国医科大学附属盛京医院48名护士作为中医护理学习的研究对象,随机分成对照组与观察组,对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用混合式教学模式,每组24人,教学以“阴阳学说”为例,课程结束后,分析并比较2组护士各项考核成绩以及调查观察组护士对混合式教学效果评价。结果观察组护士的理论与实操考核成绩均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(t=6.548、8.234,均P<0.01);观察组护士对混合式教学评价认可度较高。结论 在中医护理教学中,运用混合式教学模式能够更好地促进护理人员从多领域理解中医阴阳内涵,促进护士掌握临床中医护理技能,对提升中医护理教学效率具有积极的促进作用。此研究成果可为进一步的混合式教学实践提供有效的借鉴。
Objective To explore the application effect of mixed teaching mode in traditional Chinese medicine nursing teaching.Methods A total of 48 nurses in our hospital were selected as the research object of traditional Chinese medicine nursing learning, and randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group adopted traditional teaching mode, and the observation group adopted mixed teaching mode. Each group was divided into 24 people. The results of the two groups were analyzed and compared as well as the evaluation of the mixed teaching effect by the nurses in the investigation and observation group.Results The theoretical and practical test scores of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.548, 8.234, all P<0.01). Conclusion In traditional Chinese medicine nursing teaching, the use of mixed teaching mode can better promote nursing staff to understand the connotation of Yin and Yang of traditional Chinese medicine from multiple fields,promote nurses to master clinical traditional Chinese medicine nursing skills, and has a positive role in improving the efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine nursing teaching. The results of this study can provide an effective reference for the further practice of mixed teaching.
