自拟益气消肿汤联合常规方法治疗老年膝骨关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Self-made Yiqi Xiaozhong Decoction Combined with Routine Method in the Treatment of Elderly Knee Osteoarthritis

目的 观察自拟益气消肿汤联合常规方法治疗老年膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法 选取2018年1月—2019年6月因老年膝骨关节炎在辽宁奉天中医院接受治疗的120例老年膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象,依据治疗方案分为观察组(自拟益气消肿汤联合常规治疗)和对照组(常规治疗方法)各60例,对比2组在膝关节功能评分、疼痛评分和临床疗效方面的差异。结果 观察组治疗后Lysholm量表中闭锁感、肿胀度、楼梯攀爬、蹲姿评分显著高于对照组,WOMAC指数中疼痛感、关节僵硬感、活动度、总积分显著低于对照组,临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 自拟益气消肿汤能够提高老年膝骨关节炎临床康复治疗效果,提升膝关节功能恢复程度,减轻疼痛。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Yiqi Xiaozhong decoction combined with conventional treatment of elderly knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in Liaoning Fengtian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the treatment plan, they were divided into an observation group(self-designed Yiqi Xiaozhong decoction combined with conventional treatment) and the control group(conventional treatment method), with 60 cases in each. The differences in knee function score, pain score and clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of locking sensation, swelling degree, stairs climbing and squatting in Lysholm scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group;the pain,joint stiffness, range of motion and total score in WOMAC index were significantly lower than those in the control group;the total effective rate of clinical treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Self-made Yiqi Xiaozhong decoction can improve the clinical rehabilitation effect of elderly knee osteoarthritis,enhance the recovery degree of knee joint function, and relieve pain.
