自拟中药方联合西药治疗酒精肝胆汁淤积症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Self-prepared Prescription of traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Alcoholic Fatty Liver Cholestasis

目的 探究酒精性肝病(简称酒精肝)胆汁淤积症予以丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸肠溶片和自拟中药方协同治疗的价值。方法选取兖矿新里程总医院诊治的84例酒精肝胆汁淤积症患者,基于双盲法分为对照组、观察组,每组42例。对照组予以丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸肠溶片治疗,观察组予以丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸肠溶片与自拟中药方协同治疗。给药4周后对2组患者的瘙痒症状、黄疸指数、肝功能及疗效进行比较。结果 治疗后,观察组的瘙痒症状评分低于对照组,且黄疸指数与肝功能的相关指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率达92.86%(39/42),明显高于对照组的76.19%(32/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 酒精肝胆汁淤积症患者予以丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸肠溶片和自拟中药方协同治疗,能有效改善患者的不良症状和肝功能,取得理想疗效,值得业界深入研究和宣传推广。

Objective To explore the value of synergistic treatment of Ademetionine 1,4-Butanedisulfonate Enteric Coated Tables and self-prepared prescrption oftraditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver cholestasis syndrome.Methods A total of 84patients with alcoholic fatty liver cholestasis syndrome diagno sed and treated in Yankuang Xinli General Hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group based on double-blind method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ademetionine 1,4-Butanedisulfonate Enteric Coated T ables,and the observation group was treated with Ademetionine 1,4-Butanedisulfonate Enteric Coated Tables and self-prepared prescription oftraditional Chinese Medicine.After 4 weeks of administration,the itching symptoms,jaundice index,liver function and curative effect were comp aredbetween the two groups.Results After treatment,the itching symptom score of the observation group was lower than that ofthe control group,andtherelated indexes ofjaundice index and liver function were betterthan those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total treatment efficiency of the observation group reached 92.86%(39/42),significantly higher than 76.19%(32/4 2) ofthe control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The synergistic treatment of Ademetionine 1,4-Butanedisulfonate Enteric Coated Tables and self-prepared prescription of traditional Chinese Medicine in patients with alcoholic fatty liver cholestasis can effectively improve the adverse symptoms and liver function ofpatients,andachieve ideal curative effect,which is worthy of in-depth research andpromotion in the industry.
